The thing about taking risks is that it likely will never make sense to anyone else but you. At age 28 we took the leap of faith and bought land to build something so special that it could be enjoyed by many and be an investment for our future. It was 2021 and we knew we wanted to bring a space to life that was ‘unexpected’ for guests. A space with next level luxury finishes and amenities, paired beautifully with comfort - for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. It came together more beautifully than we could have ever imagined and we can't wait for you to experience the magic of our slice of heaven - Eco Bay Chalet.

Our Why
The cottage build commenced February 7th, 2023, and was complete exactly 10 months later on November 7th - fully furnished. The build was completed by Hayle’s Electric Inc & General Contracting, along with various sub trades from our home town. Where ever possible, we brought in trades that we always work with - so that they could be part of this special project too!
Throughout the Chalet you will find that all of the artwork are photos from the build - a touch we are thrilled to add! It's the details & craftsmanship that make the difference and make your stay unforgettable.
There are still some days that we have absolutely no idea how Eco Bay Chalet came together. But then I remember we have been dreaming this up for YEARS before it happened. By the time we had the opportunity to buy this land, we already felt like we had built the cottage and it was ours. A dream 9 years in the making!

From laying the footings and foundation to framing, installing the ridge beam, fitting windows, drywalling, handling all electrical work, and laying the flooring – their expertise knew no bounds.
